Boxing is one of the most popular combat sports in the world...and it can become your favorite workout routine. Unlike a normal workout at the gym, it teaches self-defense moves while helping burn calories at the same time. On top of that, it provides a full-body workout that can take off 3-4 pounds a workout (depending on the intensity level) which is much more than a regular gym workout.
